A fabulous summer!!!

Trying the whole blogging thing.....

What a wonderful summer we have had!!! A trip to Yellowstone and the Grand Tetons, Multiple beach trips, family gatherings, pool parties and so much more!

I would say it's been the best summer yet!

Dylan is gearing up for Kinder and so excited to get to ride a school bus! I'm getting a little sad at this right of passage...This new beginning for him and the end of something for me that I can't quite put my finger on. My little man is getting so big...soon he will be off to college!!!! LOL

Hannah has changed so much over the summer! She is signing more then she is talking but we are able to understand what she wants. She is beginning to say more words too! She says Nana, mama, dada, go, ball, baa, woof, moo, and many other Hannish words!
She loves to jump and dance too! Dylan and her made up their own chase game, they run around the house in a circle chasing each other and when DYlan is not here Hannah holds a snack in her hand and gets Tucker to chase her around! It's hilarious!

The pool has been a big hit this year too. We have lived in it when we've been here and both kids have developed the Foster swim fin!

Our garden produced some wonderful veggies that we've been eating all summer s well! Tom installed 2 more raised beds so next year we will have all the veggies we need! I can't wait!

Two more weeks of vacation then it's back to work...YUCK! I'm not ready!

  1. Somehow I missed this....our computer had a severe crash with viruses that "ate" our protection even! We thought that we were going to have to replace the computer. Now I'm being more cautious of my contacts!
Anyway......Angie, dear. This is wonderful. You've done an exceptional job....
I love getting caught up this way....even though we have been lucky enough to have more time together this summer!
See you tomorrow....love the first day pix! It brought back memories of my kindergarten teaching year....so cool that he is going to "your" school. Are there any teachers there you remember? Anything is possible!
    Hugs,
    Auntie Linda
